At The Vine Mental Wellness, we offer Christ-centered, evidence-based psychiatric care designed to help you discover greater clarity, deep peace, and lasting healing for your mind, body, and spirit.
Our Services
-
We take time to understand your full story—your symptoms, history, patterns, and goals. Together, we build a clear picture of what’s contributing to how you feel, creating a foundation for intentional, personalized care. When desired, we incorporate spiritual reflection and prayer as part of your healing process.
-
Medication is approached with intention—not as a shortcut, but as one part of your overall care. We carefully evaluate what’s appropriate, monitor your response, and adjust as needed. Together, we focus on stability, clarity, and long-term well-being, while remaining grounded in whole-person healing.
-
We work together to identify and shift the thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors that are no longer serving you. Using practical strategies and consistent support, we help you build healthier habits, improve emotional regulation, and move forward with intention.
-
We create a safe and supportive space to process how past experiences continue to shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work toward healing, restoration, and a stronger sense of identity. Faith-based principles may be incorporated to support deeper emotional and spiritual healing.
-
We support women navigating the emotional, hormonal, and life transitions that impact mental health—from anxiety and depression to burnout, identity shifts, and life changes. Together, we create space for healing, clarity, and restoration, integrating clinical care with faith-based support when desired.
-
For individuals in leadership, ministry, or high-responsibility roles, we offer a more personalized and attentive level of care. Together, we create space to process the unique emotional, spiritual, and mental demands you carry—often while supporting others.
This service provides increased access, continuity, and discretion, while integrating clinical guidance with faith-centered support, including prayer when desired.
This level of care is designed for those seeking a more private, consistent, and spiritually grounded approach to their mental wellness.

Care that meets you where you are.
We offer both virtual and in-person sessions to support your consistency and comfort. Whether you prefer the convenience of meeting from home or the connection of being seen in person, we work with you to create a rhythm of care that fits your life.
At The Vine, we take a thoughtful and intentional approach to your care. Together, we look beyond surface symptoms to understand the patterns, experiences, and influences shaping your mental and emotional health. Our work is rooted in clinical expertise and grounded in Christ, supporting growth, clarity, and lasting healing—mind, body, and spirit.
You weren’t meant to carry this alone. Stay connected as you grow, heal, and become whole.
If you’re not ready to begin care just yet, you can stay connected, gain insight, and follow along as we share encouragement, practical tools, and real-life growth.

Healing was never meant to be carried alone.
At The Vine Mental Wellness Centers, we provide intentional, whole-person care for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
Our approach integrates evidence-based mental health treatment with a foundation rooted in Christ—supporting healing of the mind, body, and spirit. As it is written in John 15:5, “apart from Me you can do nothing,” we believe true healing begins by staying connected to the source.
For those who desire it, faith and prayer can be incorporated into care as part of a deeper, more meaningful healing process.
Connected to Christ. Committed to Care.
Meet Our Founder
Desiree (Dezi) McDaniel, PMHNP
I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in healthcare. My approach to care is rooted in both clinical expertise and a deep understanding that healing requires more than surface-level solutions.
I believe in taking time to understand the full picture—supporting individuals through intentional care, honest conversations, and practical strategies that lead to lasting change.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and guided—clinically and, when desired, spiritually.
